Turnaround Time (TAT):

• Notebooks, Journals, Planners & Coloring Books: 10–15 business days

• Paintable Clay Figures: 15–20 business days

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Once your order is complete, we or the store owner at Mimi's will contact you to let you know your order is ready for local pick-up.

Please note that colors may appear slightly different in person due to variations in computer screens, phone displays, and printer settings. Because each item is handmade, slight variations may occur, making every piece unique.

All sales are final. Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted.
