Due to the handcrafted and custom nature of our products, all sales are final. However, your satisfaction matters to us! If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sassieandclassiecreations@gmail.com or 405.380.9585 and we'll make it right.

Please note the following are non-returnable: personalized/custom items, digital downloads, and sale items.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
